I ship your order within 3 working days. For the other countries below, you pay shipping costs. You will also see them before you pay.

  Note On orders above CAD 20, you usually pay 5 to 15% sales tax on delivery (depending on your province), plus a CAD 9.95 handling fee from Canada Post.

Not shipped directly:

• United States: Not for now, due to new customs rules.
• United Kingdom and Switzerland: Order through Etsy.

Ordering from Canada

In Canada, you usually still pay sales tax and a handling fee to Canada Post on delivery. You can see roughly how much this is under Canada above. These costs are not included in the shipping costs you pay me.

Countries I do not ship to directly

For now, I do not ship to the United States. This is because of new customs rules.

I also do not ship directly to the United Kingdom or Switzerland. Do you live there? Then you can order Wurvl through Etsy.

Cooling-off period and returns

You have a 14-day cooling-off period. It starts on the day after you receive your order.

1. Let me know within those 14 days. Email me at info@wurvl.store, or use the form on the withdrawal page.
2. Send the product back. Do this within 14 days of letting me know, to Verdieping7, Hoeveneind 80D, 4847 NG Teteringen. You pay the cost of sending it back yourself.
3. You get your money back. This happens within 14 days of letting me know, including the standard shipping costs of your order.

I may wait to refund you until I have the product back, or proof that you have sent it back.

Arrived damaged?

Did your Wurvl arrive damaged? Then email me a photo of the product and the packaging. We will find a solution together.
